Education (Religious):
Children & Youth
Sunday School is held at 9:15am - 10:30am each Sunday for children from 3 to 18 years of age. Sunday School begins in 2009 on September 13th. There is no Sunday School during the Summer with the exception of the Adult class.
Vacation Bible School is offered FREE for one week in August for children from 3 to 12 years of age. For 2010 our VBS will be held on August 2 - 6 from 8:50AM - 12:00PM. This year's theme is High Seas Expedition.
Exciting News: The Lord blessed us with the opportunity to teach 271 children at our VBS in 2009. It was truly a blessing to share the Gospel message with these children.
Confirmation Classes
7th & 8th Grade classes meet Wednesdays from 7:00 - 8:30pm. There is no class during the Summer.

Adult
Luke's Acts of the Apostles will begin in September, 2009. Class meets from 9:15 to 10:30am. This class does meet during the Summer.

Our current class begins February 21, 2010. Class time is Sundays at 6:00pm.
Taught by Rev. Jack M. Cascione, this class is designed for adults who wish to know more about basic Christian doctrine and denominational views. Free baby-sitting for infants is provided in the Preschool room and nursery. There are toys, video tapes, and table top activities available for older children.Women's Bible Study
Our next class starts September 15, 2009. This class runs on Tuesday mornings at 9:00am. The topic is Luther's Table Talk, the lighter side of Luther. We will also study the Gospel of John.

The current subject is the Apology of the Augsburg Confession. The class meets on Thursdays at the Copper Penny Restaurant, located just south of 10 Mile Rd. on Harper Avenue.
Parochial Education:
Our Preschool/Kindergarten meets 5 days a week and is open to all interested parties, regardless of religious affiliation. The office is open 8:30am - 4:30pm. Please call (586) 294-0640 for more information.
Preschool:
The 2009/2010 school year begins Monday, September 14 for 4 year-olds and Tuesday, September 15 for 2 1/2 - 3 year-olds.
Age 2 1/2 - 3: Tuesday & Thursday 9:00am - Noon or 12:30 - 3:30pm.
Age 4: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 9:00am - Noon or 12:30 - 3:30pm.Kindergarten:
The 2009/2010 school year begins Wednesday, September 9.
Monday through Friday 9:00am - Noon.
