Education (Religious):
Children & Youth
Sunday School is held at 9:15am - 10:30am each Sunday for children from 3 to 18 years of age. Sunday School begins in 2008 on September 7th.
Vacation Bible School is offered for one week in August for children from 3 to 12 years of age. For 2008 our VBS was held August 4 - 9 from 8:50AM - 12:00PM. This year's theme was Friendship Trek: Jesus, our Forever Friend.
Exciting News: The Lord blessed us with the opportunity to teach 244 children at our VBS in 2008. It was truly a blessing to share the Gospel message with these children.
Confirmation Classes
7th & 8th Grade classes meet Wednesdays from 7:00 - 8:30pm. There is no class during the Summer.

Adult
The Gospel of Mark is our current topic. Class meets from 9:15 to 10:30am. This class does meet during the Summer.

Our current class begins February 8, 2009. Class time is Sundays at 6:00pm.
Taught by Rev. Jack M. Cascione, this class is designed for adults who wish to know more about basic Christian doctrine and denominational views. Free baby-sitting for infants is provided in the Preschool room and nursery. There are toys, video tapes, and table top activities available for older children.Women's Bible Study
Our next class starts September 9, 2008. This class runs on Tuesday mornings at 9:00am. The topic is Luther's Table Talk, the lighter side of Luther. We will also study the Gospel of John.

The current subject is the Apology of the Augsburg Confession. The class meets the first Thursday of the month at church. The remaining Thursdays the class meets at Rose's Family Dining, located just north of 13 Mile Rd. on Harper Avenue.
Parochial Education:
Our Preschool/Kindergarten meets 5 days a week and is open to all interested parties, regardless of religious affiliation. The office is open 8:30am - 4:30pm. Please call (586) 294-0640 for more information.
Preschool:
The 2008 school year begins Monday, September 8 for 4 year-olds and Tuesday, September 9 for 2 1/2 - 3 year-olds.
Age 2 1/2 - 3: Tuesday & Thursday 9:00am - Noon or 12:30 - 3:30pm.
Age 4: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 9:00am - Noon or 12:30 - 3:30pm.Kindergarten:
